In Touch is the first company in Canada to develop an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) dedicated to providing all Federal Public Service Workers in Canada, specifically individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Colour (BIPOC) with direct access to culturally sensitive mental health and wellness, and medical support services.

In Touch utilizes various mediums to maximize exposure and increase access to Premium Health & Wellness, and medical service options to the public, with a primary focus on increasing engagement with individuals who identify as BIPOC.

In Touch recognizes that many people from the Black, Indigenous, People of Colour (BIPOC) community have not utilized Health and Wellness programs because of the stigmatization associated with Mental Health. Our approach is to create better awareness through education programs with our partners and the general public.
