Culturally Adaptive Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CA-CBT

Our CA-CBT program provides comprehensive individual and group psychological treatment, and care services to individuals and their family members suffering from social discrimination, racial trauma and mental health distress, with a specific focus on engaging individuals and families who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Colour (BIPOC).

It provides support from a Healthcare Provider trained in CA-CBT, with extensive clinical background and experience in the treatment of social discrimination, racial trauma and mental health distress.

The CA-CBT course provides Healthcare Providers with culturally specific psychological treatment frameworks, sensitivity, and safety awareness. It enhances their relevant clinical skills, experience, and education.

Our CA-CBT program is designed to provide psychological treatment, and care to individuals and their family members throughout the calendar year with alternative virtual/in-person and bilingual options to receive services.
